The project, which consists of 18 flats, commercial areas, indoor parking and various social areas, consists of 4+1 concept flats. Commercial shops on the ground floor create an attraction for its immediate surroundings.

Since the land is a corner plot, the building's orientation towards the intersection has made it a reference point. The living areas of all apartments are planned to see the main roads.

A simple design language has been created so that the relationship of the building with its immediate surroundings is strong. This simple design is supported by both its proportions and the materials used.
