The project was planned by examining urban features such as transportation and density and the sociological structure of the region.

There are 232 flats in the project designed as 3 blocks. In one of these blocks, bright floor gardens that receive sunlight were created by considering neighborhood relations. While the blocks were positioned, the common spaces and the relationship between the blocks were constructed.

At the same time, the visual and physical relationship he established with his close environment was considered. Thus, the blocks placed on the land walls are designed in such a way that they do not cut each other's field of vision. And the main spaces are oriented towards the relaxing landscape, away from the surrounding noise. With open sports fields, children's playgrounds and activity areas, it is aimed to be both an escape from the intense pace of urban life and meeting places where they will come together.
