Office center is located in the city center where business centers are located. In this region, where the number of offices is high, it is aimed to meet the expectation of qualified and luxurious offices.

It is planned as 2 blocks to be used as offices and residences. The residential blocks, which are planned as 4 floors, and the office blocks, which are 7 floors, are connected to each other on the ground floor. The ground floor, which is used as a commercial function, has been provided with a maximum approach to the roads around the plot.

It is aimed to become a part of both its immediate surroundings and the city with its trade and office units, creating a value for the city and being a modern structure. Since its perceptibility from all directions is an important factor, it was designed in a cylindrical form and a wide and fluid façade surface was obtained. The building, solved with a circular plan, is integrated with the environment thanks to its permeable and transparent façade. The building, which differentiates itself from the surrounding buildings with its strong form, has become the symbol of the region; It consists of 54 offices, 6 flats and 10 shops. It also has social facilities and an indoor parking lot for each independent section.

The Office center, designed as an introverted structure, consists of flexible spaces, while at the same time it differentiates itself with the rich life it offers in the interior. The atrium created with the inner garden created on the ground floor and the spacious office floors illuminated by the sunlight entering through the glass shell on the roof provide a comfortable working environment for the users of the building. The roof shape is designed in accordance with the general form of the building. The positioning of the office cores also allows for wide and flexible office use. Social areas such as the dining hall and meeting rooms planned on the last floor are intended to be a center for its users.
