The project has been planned by examining urban features such as transportation and density, as well as sociological structure. While positioning the project, open parking areas were created on the front facade by directing it towards the intersection.

There are 3 blocks on the ground floor, which is used as a commercial function. In order not to detach the office blocks from the ground level, the ground floor between the blocks has been designed with a green roof. Due to aesthetic concerns, the blocks on the front façade are connected with parapets on two floors in order to give a more horizontal effect. Vertical colored profiles are used in front of the blocks. The rhythmic façade setup created by these colorful profiles that define the conceptual expression of the building also makes the mass more defined. It has been designed by considering the relations of fullness, emptiness and transparency, massiveness. The low variety of materials on the surfaces and the preference of glass complete the simplicity of the façade. During the application, white color was preferred instead of colored panels by the producer.
