In the project, there are 256 beds in a single block and common spaces for the dormitory. While positioning the project, it was positioned considering its connection with the environment, entrances, exits and connection with the road.
With common areas such as the study room, recreation room, fitness and hobby room designed in the project, a common activity area and meeting point that meets the social needs of the dormitory users has been created.
Floor plans were created by arranging them as a single type and for four people around the corridors, which are partitioned in accordance with fire regulations and fed by vertical circulation.
A common kitchen and resting area and study rooms are planned on each floor.
Students can spend time together in the rest room.
By separating the corridors of the study room and the rest room, the noise that may occur in the sleeping areas is prevented.
A simple architecture has been adopted, taking into account the operating and maintenance costs throughout the building. In addition, the use of color on the exterior gives the facade a characteristic feature.
