Kobisan residences; It is located in the city center, at the intersection of Selçuklu and Meram central districts. While watching the Meram Region, which constitutes the largest green tissue of Konya from one point of view, from the other point of view the Seljuk Region, which represents the dynamism and energy of the city, makes the location of the land even more effective. The 22 m road, which is directly connected to the land from the Beyşehir ring road, separates the land from the newly built Meram Medical Faculty hospital. Vehicle and pedestrian entrances to the site are provided from this road on the east of the plot.

There is a forest area to the west of the project that will be afforested in the future. To the south, there is a large-scale recreation area, the project of which has been prepared by the Metropolitan Municipality. To the east is the Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

The project is located on an average of 60 meters above the city. After long and detailed studies on the natural structure of the land, cross-sections and longitudinal sections passing through different planes were examined. As a result of these investigations, it was determined on which elevations the blocks would sit in harmony with the natural ground. In the light of these technical data guiding the design, principle sections were created. The blocks vary between 9-10 floors and there are closed parking lots in 4 basement floors. Due to its dominant position, the project can be perceived from many parts of the city, as it dominates the city view, it is located in a position that can be an important landscape element that affects the city's landscape and silhouette.

There are 444 flats in total. Yalı and Konak apartments with wide panorama are located at a point overlooking the city. The design was handled with an environmentally conscious approach without disturbing Meram's low-rise and green silhouette. The desire to be in harmony with nature and to increase the visual contact with the street and green necessitated a more horizontal and low-rise design. More environmentally friendly, in harmony with nature, bright and qualified spaces are envisaged. In the mass setup, the garden floors, the bay windows positioned above them, the fragmented façade setup have been the elements that make up the common mass language of the buildings. The design is based on the old Turkish house tradition, which is a rich product of our culture that carries the light of Anatolia's rich heritage. The sensitive arrangement of the articulated blocks is aimed to be in great harmony with the different topography of the land.

The modular features unique to the Turkish house have been recreated within contemporary design principles. The understanding of form of the buildings is built on a design axis where continuity and unity dominate, but each building can express itself strongly. At the same time, wide eaves created the identity of the project and customized the project. The glow of the rich landscape together with the city view offers pleasant perspectives.

Vehicle circulation passes through the back wall of the residences, so it does not disturb the landscape and pedestrian circulation. Parking garage entrances and service needs are also provided from this 10 m wide road. The 4m pedestrian walkway in front of the residences can be used for emergencies such as ambulance, fire brigade and other service needs. Wide pedestrian paths are designed with low slopes to make maximum use of the landscape. The 1.5 km-long pedestrian path allows walking, jogging and cycling in greenery. An upper square supported by water and light shows that drags the pedestrian into the area has been designed. This square is supported by grass amphitheater and allows various events and demonstrations. At the same time, it offers a wide panorama of the city to the residents. After entering the site, users are greeted with a large sub-plaza. This square is also designed as a multi-purpose area where various events and organizations can be held. The lobby of the site can be reached by a wide bridge from this square, which is surrounded by a pond on both sides. Social facility lower level connection is also given from this lobby.

The pond and social areas in the center of the landscape are the heart of the whole project. For this purpose, it was placed at the center of the project, thus bringing the entire landscape to life. At the same time, it has become the elements that determine the main recreation axis by defining the walking paths around it. In this area, there are units such as swimming pools, fitness, meeting rooms, cafeteria, children's playgrounds, which will be intertwined with the pond and the landscape.

A qualified living space has been created with the pond, children's playgrounds, open sports fields and squares.

The area to the southeast of the plot is reserved for buildings belonging to the site and expected to generate rental income. These are commercial buildings, nurseries and other leasable areas that dominate the cityscape.
