In the project, which consists of 9 villas, the villas are accessed through the private entrances for each villa from the common landscape area, passing through the security section. It has been tried to create an indoor and outdoor perception in the villas by creating the street perception of the landscape area reserved for common use.

Street perception has been strengthened with elevation differences. In the project, which has been designed with privacy in mind in architecture, garden areas have been designed for its own use from the entrance of each villa. The garden areas are surrounded by the deaf façade of the neighboring villa and the high garden wall at the entrance. In the project, a single-storey design was made by considering the user's needs. At the entrance of the Villa, the skylight that provides a bright environment welcomes us and the living areas are divided into 2. Veranda, kitchen and living room spaces are designed intertwined with the garden and are located at the entrance of the villa, which is more introverted in the part separated by the other night hall. With the stone walls used on the facade of the villa, it is aimed to customize each villa and to strengthen the street perception that is together in the whole.
