As the main idea, a design line that draws the visitor into the space with continuity has been adopted. The design of the ground floors as spaces that establish a physical and visual relationship with the inner courtyard provided visual continuity at the human scale.

Urban features such as transportation and density, optimum use of space, landscape, open - semi-open - closed area ratios, vehicle pedestrian circulation and mass composition were examined and the planning was made. It is aimed that the building, with its inner courtyard, will create a value that will increase the quality of life for its users and its surroundings.

Care has been taken to ensure that the multi-purpose hall complex is traditional and ergonomic on the one hand, and adapts to the architectural program and environmental conditions on the other. In addition to emphasizing a pluralistic and participatory structure in the design, it is aimed to present a comprehensive cultural and social environment.

The fragmented mass setup, which was stylized and created with traditional proportions, became the element that formed the common mass language of the buildings.

It is envisaged that the people coming out of the hall will meet with the landscape in a linear way. It is aimed that the visitors feel in a natural street environment while walking among the ornamental pools, various plant and structural landscape elements and building groups. The continuity starting from the entrance can express itself even more strongly with the walking paths.

The 1400 m² hall, designed to accommodate 1100 people in a ballroom arrangement and 1500 people in a conference arrangement, also allows different uses as divisible. Kitchen units are designed to serve the entire hall, meeting rooms and foyer at the same time in different uses.
