In positioning the blocks on the land, it is aimed that all apartments make maximum use of the large landscape area in the inner garden and that the spaces outside the residential area of the buildings are defined functional areas. For this reason, all the blocks are placed on the periphery of the plot so that they do not obstruct each other's view. Within the general design character, user variation, interactions and usage variations have been evaluated in many variations. There are 8 blocks and 352 flats in total in the project that is envisaged to be built.
