In positioning the blocks on the land, it is aimed that all apartments make maximum use of the large landscape area in the inner garden and that the spaces outside the residential area of the buildings are defined functional areas. There are a total of 60 flats and 8 trades in the project that is envisaged to be built. In plan solutions, bright, useful spaces are created for each m² of space, where there is no loss of space. With the architectural language and settlement decisions created, the residences on the campus vary in perspective and mass differentiation.
