Lalepark Project is located at the intersection of Halil Product and Barış Streets, one of the favorite lands of Konya. Unlike the unqualified, uniform mass housing logic in the immediate surroundings, which is rapidly being built, it is aimed to offer a special living standard to the users within the site. A clear site setup has been created in the site plan by leaning on the north, south and west facades of the 3 main residential blocks of the plot. The apartments are double-sided, allowing each apartment to see the inner garden and to have a road front. In the residential blocks, groupings were made on the façade on a symmetrical fictional axis, bringing movement to the mass, and the volumetric effect was made more scaled than it was. The commercial-functional mass is located on the northwest side of the land, the shops on the front, and the social areas in the use of the site on the back.
