The project, which consists of 39 apartments, commercial areas, indoor parking and various social areas, consists of 4+1 concept apartments. The plan setup allowed all living spaces to be directed to the main road. In the project, which stands out with its central location, the possibility of using the common living areas away from the crowded site complexity has been considered.

Turkish architecture; It has intangible values such as simplicity, respect for people and aesthetics. In this project, a simple mass and façade design that bears abstract similarities with traditional Turkish architecture has been adopted. While using traditional proportions, the façade character has been reinterpreted and stylized in accordance with the requirements of modernity. The white walls, which are repeated in harmony with the natural color and texture of the wooden material, have made it a structure between the traditional and the modern. This effect is strengthened by the wide fringe.
