The project, which consists of 150 apartments, commercial areas, indoor parking and various social areas, consists of 4+1 concept apartments. In the northern part of the land, it was found more appropriate to build the housing in this direction, since the view is clear on the front and back (no buildings in close distance). In addition, it was preferred to be located away from the unqualified housing development in the south. The park and social facility planned in the west of the land also provided an advantage in terms of scenery.


The intersection of the Istanbul street and the road coming from the bus station and the connection of these roads with the region where residential construction is increasingly concentrated is very important in terms of trade potential. For this reason, the two-storey commercial mass is designed on the axis of the road. It is designed as a single floor in commerce, and is weak in terms of façade setup and volumetric effect, so it is designed as 2 floors. The market was designed in the south of the plot in terms of both being an attraction and being on the road that directly connects to the residential area. Being next to the car park was also advantageous.


In the mass design, a horizontal and long form was designed, avoiding the fragmented forms that would weaken the mass effect. The building, with its choice of form and color, presents an appearance that respects nature but can express itself strongly and effectively. The long façade of the building is designed in stages, emphasizing the three main frame systems. Homes; It has a wide and panoramic view angle, facing the sun facing the green area, which is the dominant view.
