There are 371 flats and 15 shops, including 7 residential blocks, in the project that is envisaged to be built.

The common spaces and the visual and physical relationship of the residential blocks with each other have been meticulously examined. In the entire campus, the residences are positioned without interrupting each other's sight lines and are oriented towards the relaxing landscape of water and green. For this reason, all the blocks are placed on the periphery of the plot so that they do not obstruct each other's view.

2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 flat types appeal to various user profiles. In plan solutions, useful spaces are designed for each m², where there is no loss of space. The plan setup, which was worked as two flats on each floor, allowed the main spaces to be directed towards the inner garden in all flats.

It is thought that the commercial mass planned as a single storey will be on the main road axis. This settlement allowed the residential blocks to face the south side and dominate the city view. As in historical arasta structures, spaces are placed around the central pedestrian axis. The horizontal perception of the building has strengthened its continuity in the street setting. Natural coatings and large glass surfaces were used in harmony with the horizontal form of the building. Wide pedestrian axis and parking lots are planned on the front of this mass.

Considering that the entrance of the project should be separated by the trade circulation, it was decided that it should be on the west side of the plot. In order not to disturb the pedestrian flow, the vehicle and pedestrian entrance are completely separated from each other. Pedestrian movement has been liberated by limiting all vehicle circulation to the open car parks and indoor car parks on the exterior of the residential blocks. A total of 531 indoor parking lots and 180 outdoor parking lots have been designed, at least one for each flat.

The main pedestrian road in the inner garden can also be used as an emergency access road. A square supported by water and light shows that drags the pedestrian into the area has been designed. The continuity starting from the entrance can express itself even more strongly with the walking paths. The walking paths are handled in a more defined way with rich landscape elements.
