In order to better perceive the prestige of the building, the front road was approached as close as possible and the height was used as maximum. The VIP entrance was taken by the more lively Kuşbakşı Street, while the back road with quieter traffic was preferred for the main entrance.

The building is arranged in the form of two main masses and forms a valley between them. This valley deepens from the entrance level to the lower levels, providing a rich interior space in terms of surface and volume.

The surrounding dense green texture was carried into the building along this valley. The natural light received from above throughout the day increases the natural emphasis inside the building.

The traditional Seljuk motif was used in the exterior and interior spaces by referring to the starting point of the name of the Selcuk pharmaceutical warehouse. The shell, in which the motif comes to the fore, increases the mass perception outdoors as well as makes different light-shadow games feel indoors.
