The main idea in the design is the tower with low-rise warehouse units and office floors; is to work as a whole, spatially and massively, in a way that provides independent usage opportunities.

The flexible plan solution allowed the layout setup that could change in the future. The inner garden, which is a social center on the upper floor; By creating a natural environment for the employees, it has ensured that the spatial identity continues in the interiors as well.

Redundancy is avoided by using white color and glass surfaces to emphasize the plain massiveness of the façade. In order to strengthen the vertical perception of the building, vertical lines were used in the tower. In the storage unit, which is more horizontal due to spatial needs, there are minimalized rhythmic repetitions of the facade setup in the tower.
