In the designed project, there are 96 flats and 6 shops, 3 blocks in total. In positioning the blocks on the land, it is aimed that all apartments make maximum use of the large landscape area in the inner garden and that the spaces outside the residential area of the buildings are defined functional areas. For this reason, all the blocks are placed on the periphery of the plot so that they do not obstruct each other's view. Within the general design character, user diversity, interactions and usage variations are evaluated in many variations; a dynamic scenario of life in which time, nature and people are included is imagined.
