Intensity was the main issue to be dealt with in the project. Facade and mass compositions were rendered with a holistic language that would break up the size and make it more scaled. The massive disintegration of the building blocks within themselves reduces the impact of the intense precedent in the project.

In plan solutions, bright, useful spaces are created for each m² of space, where there is no loss of space. With the architectural language and settlement decisions created, the residences on the campus vary in perspective and mass differentiation.
