There are 72 flats and 21 shops in the project, 3 blocks in total. The commercial mass, which is planned as 2 floors, is thought to be on the main road axis. The plan setup, which is worked as 2 flats on each floor, allows each room to benefit from the sunlight while the main spaces are directed to the inner garden. The exterior, landscape and interior character of the building are generally handled in a way that creates a modern and simple integrity.
